Should be two bolts front and two rear. I had the same thing the first time I took mine out, the fronts came out easy but the rears were a PITA. Try getting under the car and hit the bolts with some WD40/PB Blaster/etc, and have the seat up as far as it will go and use a breaker bar with the longest extension you can fit in there.

I just used an impact on mine when i took them out to put my racing seats in. I just moved the seat all the way forward like VeeSicks said and they came out with ease.

havnt tried to get under the car i just took a ratchet of decent size and torqued as hard as i freakin could and the lil guy just would not come out. thanks for the advise and ill probably stick with just using the breaker bar because i dont have easy access to pneumatic tools. thanks for the advise

The first time I tried to take seat bolts out of an older car I snapped the heads straight of too. I guess they rust on the bottom side of the floor and if you don't hit it with rust remover first the rust wins.

Good luck with the easy-out!
